Escendency System Overview
The Highest Level Objective (HLO) defines the purpose of the organisation. The HLO is dependent on all of the secondary level objectives below it.
The Secondary Level Objectives (SLO) are weighted in importance. Each SLO in turn is dependent on all of its attached tertiary level objectives below it.
The Tertiary Level Objectives (TLO) are weighted in importance. As many objective levels are added as needed until one or more real world, measurable, performance indicators can in turn define the lowest objective.
Targets are applied to each performance indicator.
Each Performance Indicator is assigned to a post or posts in the organisation.
Posts are assigned to people.
Action Plans are used to drive improvements to each performance indicator. Ideally the action plans are created by the owner, or owners, of each performance indicator and continually improved until targets are reached.
